AORAKI WING : The six story Aoraki Wing offers deluxe rooms with exceptional views of Aoraki Mount Cook. A run of house room in the Aoraki Wing is a room allocated on any of the 6 floors (no particular floor is guaranteed). A 'Top three floor' and a 'Top floor Guaranteed' rate also apply. The 60 new Aoraki Wing rooms and the 104 Hermitage Superior rooms offer scenic views of the surrounding mountains, with 143 offering spectacular views of Mount Cook. These rooms have two queen beds, bath and shower, air conditioning, floor to ceiling windows with exceptional views of Aoraki Mount Cook and Mount Sefton, five Sky television channels, bathrobes, binoculars, coffee making facilities, and in-room safes. The room rate includes a 4 course a la carte dinner in the Panorama Restaurant and cooked breakfast in the Alpine Restaurant.
Sauna facilities are also available for the use of in-house guests (not available during winter). Also located within this building are a Souvenir Shop and clothing outlet, a coffee shop, two restaurants and bar.

MOTEL WING : The Motels are located approximately 800 metres from The Hermitage and only a short stroll from Glencoe Lodge. The Studio (one room) Units have one queen bed. The Family (two room - pictured right) Units, ideal for families, have one queen bed & double fold out sofa bed in the lounge plus a separate bedroom with either one queen or 2 single beds. All units provide a great level of comfort with full kitchen and bathroom facilities (shower only), telephones, SKY television & outside patio area.

CHALET WING : Located close to the Hermitage Hotel, the 18 Mount Cook Chalets offer accommodation ideal for small groups or families travelling together. The Chalets have received an extensive modernisation over winter 2004. Each chalet can comfortably house up to four people; one queen bed, 2 singles (some units have a double pull out sofa bed). All chalets have bathrooms with showers, kitchen facilities with microwave ovens & stove hobs, refridgerator, electric frypan, telephones, SKY Television and car parking at the door.
